These reusable adult cloth diapers, when used with Gary adult plastic pants, make the perfect combination for the containment of urine and bowel leakage. Our adult cloth diaper is made from soft cotton terry/flannel that comes in several shapes and sizes.

What our products share in common is that they are sewn from a 100% breathable, soft cotton flannel fabric. Cotton cloth adult diapers permit your body to cool itself when heat builds up since fresh air can circulate freely and moisture can evaporate, eliminating the main causes of diaper rash, which is caused by the lack of air circulation.

You will notice with each additional washing and drying that the diapers begin to fluff and quilt up. This is what gives the product softness and even more absorbency, providing the ideal protection against moderate to heavy incontinence. Please expect a 10% shrinkage of these diaper products after several washes.

Our adult cloth diapers must be worn with plastic pants or PUL pants (to prevent leakage). We also have diapers for teens available. The smallest sizes of our fitted cloth diapers are suitable for older children suffering from incontinence.

A fast and easy way to make cloth adult cloth diapers is to use a sewing pattern. Find the right size for the wearer to get the best fit. You can adjust the pattern to suit the wearer's need by adding fabric to make a custom soaker or to add a leakproof barrier.

Can adult diaper inserts fit in this?

It is best to buy a bigger size if you plan to put inserts for maximum comfort. Booster pads are provide an additional protection and will help the diaper hold more liquid than possible

Does it work in the swimming pool?

Reusable diapers are great for helping keep body wastes from spilling on dry land, but it cannot function the same in a swimming pool. The cloth diaper will fill only fill up with water and dirty the pool along with the messes it holds. You will need disposable swim diapers to keep the water out.

Is this an all in one diaper or plastic pants needed as well?

Plastic pants help improve protection against leaks and are designed to be worn on top of wearable incontinence products. Plastic pants are durable, effective at masking smells, protect clothing and bedding as well as provide peace of mind whenever you need to go outside for errands. They are waterproof and usually made of plastic so they can get uncomfortable when it gets warm.
