They provide the waterproof protection you need and deserve in a plastic pant as well as being extremely comfortable to wear, giving you daytime comfort and peace of mind with overnight incontinence protection.

Extra 3" High Back Design for More Coverage
An extra 3 inch higher waist for that extra support you may need. This higher waist plastic pant gives you better all-around coverage when worn over an adult cloth diaper as well as a disposable adult diapers. By tucking the excess material of the plastic pant over the top of the diaper to the inside of the diaper all the way around waist, you will ensure added protection against leaks, helping to solve the problem of wetness at the waist.

Enclosed Elastic Waist and Leg Bands
For that extra security some may want or need, these pants are designed with the same great protection as our Gary Pull-On plastic pants but have the additional protection of enclosing, in plastic, the elastic around the waist and legs. They have the best combination of the softest, anti-bacterial, odor-control, medical-grade plastic as well as "non-wicking" enclosed leg and waist bands.

How to care for your plastic pants:

Your pants will last much longer if you make sure to rinse them after each use.  Urine and fecal matter have strong acids which can cause hardening of the plastic.  We also suggest using products that do not contain petroleum as petroleum can have the same hardening effect.  Just like products containing petroleum; other oils, lotions, creams, ointments and body sprays may harden the plastic on your pants.  Never use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to remove stains.  Rather, insert pant into warm water with mild detergent.  Never put this product in the dryer.  Instead, hang the pant to dry.  Keep out of direct sunlight if possible.
