Gary® Original snap on adult plastic pants are designed for adults as well as children and provide excellent incontinence protection. You will experience a comfort and quality not often found in other plastic pants. All Gary® snap-on adult plastic pants start from 3X-Small (toddler) and go up to 5X-Large (adult) in size. This product is mainly to be used as a diaper cover over thick cloth diapers. The pants can also be used to cover disposable plastic adult diapers to prevent leakage.

The wide crotch area and forward facing leg openings make our well-made pants extra roomy to accommodate thick adult cloth diapers or night time disposable adult diapers.

What are these plastic pants meant to be used for?
They are designed mainly as a diaper cover worn over thick cloth diapers. You can also wear them over disposable adult diapers to help prevent leakage. The wide crotch area and forward-facing leg openings give extra room for thick cloth diapers or nighttime disposables.
How do I pick the right size?
Each size covers a range of waist measurements, from X-Small (20" to 36" waist) up to 5X-Large (36" to 68" waist). Measure your waist and choose the size whose range fits you. The ranges overlap, so you may fit more than one size.
What is the difference between the two color options?
Each color comes in its own vinyl thickness. Milky White is 4 gauge and Sapphire is 7 gauge. Both are made from medical-grade vinyl with the same roomy cut Gary is known for, and both are made in the USA.
Are these reusable, and can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes, these vinyl pants are reusable. They are also listed as FSA/HSA eligible.
How long will shipping take, and can I order a different style or color?
These pants ship only from our Philadelphia, PA warehouse, so delivery may take longer than 3 business days. If you'd like one of the other available styles or swatches, call us at 855-422-4556 or email sales@llmedico.com to place a custom order. Custom orders take about 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.
